Half of Republicans Think Trump Won Re-election and Santa Claus Will Deliver the Evidence Christmas Eve

Published on

A new poll published by Reuters today shows that half of Republicans — roughly 25-30% of the electorate — believes that Donald Trump won re-election two weeks ago. This, despite evidence and facts to the contrary. There are no major news outlets currently projecting Trump as the winner. The only people claiming he won are the soon to be former president himself and his loyal team of devoted sycophantic enablers.

The poll’s results seem to indicate that Trump’s message since losing two weeks ago is only resonating with a limited swath of the American people. While it could be noted as surprising that so many Republicans believe Trump’s wildly baseless claims of election fraud, some have already pointed out the same poll shows that the overwhelming majority of Americans accept the reported results.

Fifty-two percent of Republicans said that Trump “rightfully won,” while only 29% said that Biden had rightfully won.

Asked why, Republicans were much more concerned than others that state vote counters had tipped the result toward Biden: 68% of Republicans said they were concerned that the election was “rigged,” while only 16% of Democrats and one-third of independents were similarly worried. (Reuters)

There is one more conclusion that can be drawn from the new Reuters poll that is not getting quite as much attention, however. The same number of respondents also indicated that they believe Santa Claus will deliver the evidence of voter and election fraud to everyone in America on Christmas Eve this year. Reuters indicated that every single Republican who told them they believe Trump had the election stolen from him also indicated they believe Kris Kringle will save them, and the country, from a Trump defeat.

It didn’t take long for Trump’s loud supporters in conservative media to start talking-up and supporting the theory that Santa would be giving everyone the evidence of election fraud that Trump’s own legal team has yet to produce in court.

“Unless the LAMESTREAM media has some evidence to debunk it,” Mark Levin told his radio audience today, “then why wouldn’t we believe that Santa will save us all? Why are these sneering, elitist liberals always mocking us for believing things that aren’t real and we can’t prove?”

Cancer-stricken Rush Limbaugh also mentioned the Santa theory on his own show today, and indicated that he too believes in it.

“This is just like Jade Helm and the Bowling Green Massacre,” Limbaugh said, “It’s that real, I’m telling you, my fellow Americans. It’s real. Santa Claus is coming to town with a list of 80 million dead people who voted for Joe Biden, and he’s checked the list, and even checked it twice!”

Former Vice-President Joe Biden will be sworn in as the 46th President of the United States of America on January 21st, 2021.
